Great MP3 Audiobook Player

Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for making it.

Best Audio Book App EVER!

Download it, youll be happy you did!

Finally, just what Ive been looking for...

I kept wondering why there isnt something simple that allows me to read dowloaded cds as if they were like audible.com books - always remembering where i left off in each book + allowing adding named bookmarks. Nothing else was needed and there is no other that does this and so simply. I would add an option to not display the log at all, since so far i dont see any need for it.

Nice Options for Non-DRM audio books

Unlike Apples default player, this App keeps track of your location in multiple, many part, audio books that you have imported from CDs. It also has some nice features like: adjusting track order, skip back or ahead 30 seconds, adjusting play speed to 1/2, 1, 1.5, 2X. The paid version gets rid of the ads.

Great app

It does what it suppouse to and does it well.

Good

Good and useful application. Thanks to the author for opportunity to listen audiobooks on iPhone.

Ok but needs improvement

I borrow audio books from my library & needed a program to basically act as a book mark & remember my place. This program does that with a few flaws. One, it sometimes puts files in the wrong order & there is no way to fix. Two, it can crash when youve been listening for a while & loose your place.

Book Reader

I like this free app it does everything I need it to do - I give it a 5 star review

Nag

Please stop asking me to rate this app before Ive had a chance to use it

Great app

Works as advertised. I dont mind the ads at all - its a free app and they are not intrusive. Like all the audiobook players Ive seen it has a button for going backwards for a few seconds. I wish it had a button that would let you go forward 15 or 30 seconds as well. That would make it a lot easier to find your place. (I tend to use the Audiobook player to listen to books as I fall asleep so I cant leave a bookmark when I stop listening.)

Coo

Does everything it says it does and does it well. My only wish is that it has the go back 30 seconds thing like how podcasts have it. Very useful if u miss a part of the book or something. Please implement if you read this :) <3

Great

This app does great on my phonw

Great

I love your app! I hate the iPhones native audiobook player and this is an awesome alternative.

Save

I downloaded a few apps for audiobooks. None of which did what I wanted for free. Multitasking, pausing and a sleep timer are what make this app amazing!!! Buying pro version.

Great app

The app works very well and the help info is very good. Thanks

Poor ad placement

The ad thats displayed within the main interface is obtrusive. The app also pauses playback to display full-screen ads, after which it loses its position. Useless!

Well done!

This is just the audiobook app I was looking for. I tried several others and this one is superior by far.

Love this app for audiobooks

It just works. Thank you!

Awesome

This app is exactly what I need in an audiobook player. One feature request: you dont need to scan the entire media library each time the app loads. Maybe make this a menu item.

The best app for your own audiobooks!

After using this free version for a month or so, I decided it was more than worth paying for and came back to buy the $2 version. I cant believe there are no reviews! AudiobookCD is dead simple. Operation is intuitive, and loading a new audiobook is fast and easy -- it just has to be in your Music library on your iPhone first. Listening just works, annoyance-free. The app remembers your place no matter what, even after an app or a phone restart or an iOS update. The listening screen includes a scrolling title/author/track number display, a progress bar with the number of hours/minutes/seconds listened and left to go, arrows for skipping backward and forward one track, and -- the best -- buttons to skip forward or back 15 seconds if you missed something or want to skip something. The free app doesnt seem to be missing any functionality and is supported by an unobtrusive banner ad. Ive tried a couple of other audiobook apps: First, Downcast, which I use and love for podcasts, but the process for using Downcast to listen to audiobooks is hopelessly complex and in the end just isnt usable. Next, I tried Bookmobile. The paid version of Bookmobile might be OK, but Ill never know because the free version is so crippled I couldnt test it, and I dont pay for apps I cant test first. AudioBookCD beats them all!
